What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Conway Regional?
Responsible for the direction and supervision of the Accounting Department. Assist staff as needed for ongoing education and development. Serves as the liaison between the executive team and the department. Responsible for oversight of accurate and timely monthly financial information. Annual coordination and review of the following: year-end audit(s), IRS Form 990, cost reports, and annual surveys required by government, financial statement preparation and review for multiple peripheral organizations, bank account and bond account maintenance.
Qualifications
B.S. Degree in Accounting or B.B.A. with major in Accounting
MBA, CPA or CPA Exam qualified Preferred
Ten (10) years of accounting/management experience in positions of increasing responsibility
