We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental team!
Requirements:
Eaglesoft experience is a MUST
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle scheduling, insurance verifications, and patient check-in/check-out
Professional attitude and appearance
Preferred:Cross-trained with experience assisting in the back office or understanding basic clinical tasks
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
working 2 Fridays 2 Saturdays a month is a must
Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in patients
Scheduling appointments and managing recalls
Answering phones and handling patient inquiries
Insurance verification and basic billing tasks
Supporting the dental team as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
