Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics, with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of aircraft systems and avionics components, including communication, navigation, and flight instrumentation.
- Experience in aircraft maintenance, including inspection, installation, and configuration of avionics equipment.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing avionics and electrical issues using appropriate test equipment and methods.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance & repair of aircraft electrical and avionics systems in accordance with regulatory and safety standards.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate or formal avionics training preferred; related military or technical school experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with FAA regulations, industry standards, and maintenance documentation practices.
- Ability to work on-site in a hangar environment, lift and maneuver equipment as required, and follow safety procedures.
