Role:
- Support program planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to support solution delivery.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog management, testing, and deployment activities.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
- Develop reports, presentations, and program documentation for leadership and project teams.
