Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Washington, DC onsite

Required Skills:
Applies fundamental business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting concepts, practices, and procedures to support technical assignments.
Assists with collecting, cleaning, validating, and analyzing structured data; developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations; and supporting data-driven decision-making for program and business operations.
Performs work requiring practical experience and training in BI tools, spreadsheets, databases, and reporting methods.
Supports documentation of business requirements, data definitions, and reporting logic.
Work is performed under supervision.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
Objectives include providing integrated program, process, and technical support for mobile
device deployment and associated IT applications; coordinating with Government stakeholders
and field personnel; supporting device receipt, staging, configuration, fielding, replacement,
troubleshooting, and sustainment; and delivering the reporting, documentation, and analytical
support needed to manage these activities effectively. In alignment with the PWS, the work may
also include collaboration and stakeholder management, project tracking, performance
monitoring, meeting support, requirements gathering and analysis, development of training
materials and user guidance, and creation of analytical and decision-support documentation .
