In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least ONE year of agency or freelance social media experience working on MULTIPLE accounts and be able to travel to Columbia, SC, once a week. You must know how to edit videos, create carousels, and write great captions. The ideal candidate is someone who understands current algorithms (including LinkedIn) and overall marketing strategy. You will be managing multiple accounts for brands in a variety of industries. Staying agile, focused, and highly attentive to detail is CRITICAL for your success at this company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Content creation on a variety of platformsDaily outbound engagement to drive growthResponding to comments on all client accountsUnderstanding the algorithm and advising clients on the types of content to createGrowing accounts by leveraging current best practicesUnderstanding analytics to drive growthSuccess in this role is measured by:Platform growth weekly on each platform we are managingOpt-in to email/text listsIncreased engagement each month based on quality content and mastery of social mediaWe don’t do things the way most agencies do them.We leverage our client’s convictions and expertise to help them stake their claim as an industry leader.Many of our clients are only coming to us for LinkedIn Management, so you must be an exceptional writer and excel at that platform.We are looking for career driven, focused, ambitious leaders who love marketing, social media, and have the drive to grow in their field.
