Associate Product Marketing Manager

Convey is looking for a smart, curious, and driven Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of product marketing while taking on meaningful work from day one.

Working closely with our Product Marketing team, you'll learn how to turn complex technology into clear, compelling stories that resonate with customers and prospects. You'll write, research, support product launches, create sales enablement materials, and work alongside Product, Marketing, and Sales.

You don't need years of experience. You need curiosity, strong writing skills, energy, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the coaching and hands-on experience to help you grow toward a Product Marketing Manager role.

What You'll Do

• Write and edit product one-pagers, sales decks, web copy, emails, blogs, and customer stories.
• Learn our products, customers, and market and turn that knowledge into compelling messaging.
• Support product launches by coordinating timelines, materials, and launch activities.
• Research competitors and market trends and turn findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Maintain sales enablement materials including battlecards, FAQs, and product sheets.
• Capture customer and sales feedback through call reviews, win/loss analysis, and customer conversations.
• Partner with Demand Generation on campaign and event content.
• Track content usage and launch activity and help measure results.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, writing, and analysis while applying thoughtful judgment to the final product.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships, co-ops, or relevant project work.
• Excellent writing skills — writing samples are encouraged!
• Strong curiosity and the ability to learn new products and concepts quickly.
• Demonstrated initiative and achievement through school, work, athletics, or other experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable sharing ideas and working with teams across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
• Interest in B2B technology and SaaS.
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and writing.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
