About the Role
The Recreation Vehicle Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Jonesboro, AR. This role is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of RV systems, including structural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components. Daily tasks include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues reported by customers, completing repair work orders, and verifying that all services meet safety and quality standards. The technician collaborates with service advisors and other team members to communicate repair needs, timelines, and outcomes, while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role also involves test-running systems and educating customers on basic RV maintenance and proper use of repaired components.
Responsibilities
Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of RV systems.
Performing routine maintenance.
Troubleshooting issues reported by customers.
Completing repair work orders.
Verifying that all services meet safety and quality standards.
Collaborating with service advisors and team members.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Test-running systems.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in RV or related trades are a plus.
Required Skills
Strong Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills for RV systems and components.
Carpentry skills for interior repairs, structural adjustments, and fixture installations.
Plumbing skills for installing, repairing, and maintaining RV water and waste systems.
Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, service advisors, and team members.
Relevant experience working as an RV, automotive, marine, or equipment technician is beneficial.
RVTI Certification Level 1 or higher
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders is preferred.
Comfort with using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely is required.
Ability to lift and move heavy components, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Skills
Relevant experience working as an RV, automotive, marine, or equipment technician is beneficial.
