Role Description The Recreation Vehicle Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Jonesboro, AR. This role is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of RV systems, including structural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components. Daily tasks include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues reported by customers, completing repair work orders, and verifying that all services meet safety and quality standards. The technician collaborates with service advisors and other team members to communicate repair needs, timelines, and outcomes, while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role also involves test-running systems and educating customers on basic RV maintenance and proper use of repaired components.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills for RV systems and components.
- Candidates should possess Carpentry skills for interior repairs, structural adjustments, and fixture installations.
- Candidates should possess Plumbing skills for installing, repairing, and maintaining RV water and waste systems.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, service advisors, and team members.
- Relevant experience working as an RV, automotive, marine, or equipment technician is beneficial.
