What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments position at Converse Consultants?
Converse Consultants is seeking an experienced Environmental Professional in our Monrovia office for Manager of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. The candidate must qualify as an ASTM 1527 Environmental Professional with 5-years' experience and possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in environmental science, geology, engineering or related field
- Meet definition of an ASTM 1527 Environmental Professional
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write technical reports and proposals
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to perform field work requiring physical exertion
- Capable of multitasking
- Supervision of others completing Phase I ESAs
- Manage Online Rimscentral, Scriva and Parcel Platforms for bidding and reporting
- 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training preferred but not required
- CSST or CAC preferred but not required
- Must have good driving record and be acceptable to Company’s insurer.
