Position: REL Training Instructor (Level 1)
Location: Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA – Hybrid
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: 8:00am–4:30pm CST / 9:00am–5:30pm EST
Onsite Expectation: Minimum 3 days per week
About the Role
We are seeking a Level 1 REL Training Instructor to support the implementation and delivery of training programs across designated business areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys facilitating learning, supporting operational teams, and contributing to employee development within a structured financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for new and existing employees
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to test and review training materials, activities, and guides
- Monitor class effectiveness and recommend enhancements or program adjustments
- Review operational processes to identify training needs and skill gaps
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on observations and findings
- Support training logistics including scheduling, materials prep, documentation, and attendance
- Participate in basic administrative or research tasks as needed
- If assigned to Mortgage-MLO training: candidate must register with the NMLS (fingerprinting background check required prior to performing duties)
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in training, facilitation, corporate education, or related fields
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn and teach operational processes
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in financial services, customer service, or operations is a plus
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within hybrid schedules

- Candidates must be local to Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA and able to report onsite 3 days/week

Salary : $25 - $28
