The Role

As our Growth Engineer – Product-Led, you’ll build growth directly into the product.

This is not “analytics dashboards.”\ This is shipping product experiments that drive:

• activation
• usage
• sharing/referrals
• retention
• expansion / credit spend
• product-qualified leads
  
  

You work like a builder and think like a growth operator.

Your Mission

• Own the growth experiment pipeline (product-side)
• identify the highest-leverage opportunities
• ship experiments fast
• measure impact
• iterate or kill quickly
• Increase sharing and referral loops
  
  

Growth doesn’t only come from acquisition.\ You’ll build product mechanisms that encourage:

• sharing outputs
• inviting collaborators
• viral loops where possible
• word-of-mouth amplification
• Improve onboarding and activation
• first value faster
• fewer drop-offs
• better product guidance
• improved time-to-wow
• Work cross-functionally
  
  

You’ll partner with marketing, product, and sales to connect:

• messaging → product behavior
• insights → actions
• PLG → pipeline
  
  

What we’re looking for

Non-negotiables

• Strong engineering skills (frontend/backend depending on stack)
• Experience shipping experiments in production
• Comfortable with analytics and causal thinking
• High-speed shipping mindset
• Taste judgment: you don’t create growth gimmicks
• Experience in PLG SaaS
