What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant position at Convenient Urgent Care?
Looking to hire a full time Medical Assistant to add to our Grand Blanc location team.
Must be:
- Dependable and Independent
- Friendly
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Able to work at least 2 weekends per month
- Work 10 hour shifts
- Have own transportation
- Flexible
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Team player
Duties include:
- EHR experience
- Rooming patients
- Assisting the providers
- Checking in patients
- Verifying insurance eligibility
- Stocking and keeping track of inventory
- X-Rays ( experience is appreciated but not necessary. Training available)
- Venipuncture
- UA testing
- ECG
- HCG
- Strep testing
- Flu testing
- Covid testing
- Cleaning whenever not busy

Salary: DEPENDING on EXPERIENCE
