Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Termite and Pest Control Technician located in Chandler, AZ. The technician will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing effective pest control measures.
Daily responsibilities include applying treatments, utilizing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques, and maintaining professional communication with clients. Technicians will also have the opportunity to generate additional income by providing sales quotes and recommending appropriate services to customers, earning commission on closed sales.
Compliance with safety standards and proper handling of pest control equipment and chemicals will be integral to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Pest Control, Integrated Pest Management, and PEST techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear explanations of services
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols meticulously
- Physical capability to handle equipment and perform duties in diverse environments
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Previous experience in pest control or related fields is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
