We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Pest & Weed Control Technician who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and making a difference for homeowners. Responsibilities
- Running a daily route where you will be applying pre and post emergent herbicides and pest control insecticides
- Educate and suggest to customers the additional services we provide
- Conduct site inspections to identify pest and weeds and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure customer expectations are met
- Maintain accurate service records including treatments performed
- Safely operate company vehicles
Qualifications
- 1 -2 years experience in service within pest control or related fields
- Strong knowledge of pest management techniques
- Comfortable with using application equipment and ladders
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients and team members clearly and professionally
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
