Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostics on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, brakes, suspensions, and electrical components using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Repair and replace mechanical systems including shocks & struts, steering components, powertrain parts, and HVAC systems for various vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Perform repairs from start to finish, Document repairs accurately, Interpret technical schematics and manuals to troubleshoot complex vehicle systems accurately.
• Ensure all repairs adhere to safety standards and manufacturer specifications while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to read schematics accurately and apply troubleshooting skills effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in various environmental conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

✔ 3 years diesel experience

✔ Ford diesel experience preferred

✔ Strong diagnostic abilities

✔ Able to complete repairs independently

✔ Own professional tools

✔ Valid driver’s license

✔ Reliable transportation

✔ Able to lift 75 lbs.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
