Position Overview

We’re looking for a dependable Front Desk Liaison to support our office operations. This role is strictly support-based — assisting the service writers, office staff, and management by keeping the front desk organized, professional, and running smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone who’s friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment without the pressure of sales or decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally (in person & by phone)
• Answer and route incoming calls appropriately
• Assist service writers with basic administrative tasks
• Schedule appointments and relay messages accurately
• Maintain front office organization and cleanliness
• File paperwork, scan documents, and enter basic data
• Support daily office flow as needed (no sales responsibilities)

What This Role Is NOT

• Not a service writer
• Not a sales or commission role
• No estimating or pricing responsibilities
• No management duties

This is a support position only.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Basic computer knowledge (email, scheduling, data entry)
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Prior front desk or office support experience is a plus, but not required

• Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (day shift)
