Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Install and replace HVAC equipment as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and manufacturer specifications.
- Communicate repair options and recommendations with customers.
- Complete service tickets accurately and professionally.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Certification (Required).
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience servicing heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, and package units.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Overtime available
- On-call rotation
- Weekend work as needed
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
