Administrator

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Denver. In this role, you’ll work directly with the General Manager, as well as Project and Service Managers to help plan, organize, and coordinate multiple commercial low-voltage projects.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, create emergency service call work orders and assist with daily scheduling of service workload
• Communicate with field technicians, subcontractors and customers to ensure timely completion of work
• Analyze and evaluate processes for improved efficiency
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow through on service-related requests

• Monitor and coordinate project tasks and schedules
• Assist with material orders, staging materials, inventory tracking and bookings
• Coordinate submittals, permits, and shop drawings
• Maintain project files, change order logs, proposals, shop drawings and related documentation

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Prior scheduling or office support experience in construction, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, alarm systems, or mechanical engineering is desired

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with clerical procedures and customer service practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
• Able to pass background and driving record checks
• Dependable with consistent, reliable attendance
