The Supervisor of Electronic Repair Technicians is responsible for leading, guiding, and supporting a team of technicians to ensure high-quality electronic repair services are delivered to customers on time and within budget. This role blends technical expertise, leadership, and organizational management to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within the repair facility.

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Repair Department and help shape the next chapter of our growth. Position Duties:
- Supervise and lead team of Electronic Repair Technicians
- Define and track departmental goals and KPIs to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Evaluate employee performance, set goals, and conduct reviews.
- Assist in developing and executing key technical and organizational projects
- Manage bench setups, maintaining technician equipment list and supplies, and ESD implementation throughout the facility
- Coordinate and implement standard training program for technicians
- Implement and maintain Safety protocols in the shop
- Provide technical guidance and support to Technicians and the Customer Service team
- Discuss technical issues and recommend solutions to customers.
- Perform field diagnostics for customers occasionally
- Review and provide input for quotes to customers
- Display a positive attitude and practice strong work ethic that reflects the mission, values and goals of Control System Labs
- Maintain a positive working environment with a continuous improvement theme
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates Degree in a technical field or related experience
- Previous experience supervising or leading a technical repair team
- Understanding of industrial electronics and their applications
- Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence operating teams
- Demonstrated Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams effectively
- Strong commitment to Quality and Safety
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Component level understanding of electronic circuits
Estimate salary range: $60,320 - $81,120, depending on experience.
