Position Overview: Reporting to the General Manager and ownership, the Production Supervisor will oversee manufacturing operations, emphasizing food safety, order accuracy, quality control, training, and utilization of FlexiBake ERP.
Salary End of year bonus
Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM with occasional weekend shifts on Saturday's
Shift 1: 4:00AM-12:00PM
Shift 2: 12:00PM-8:00PM
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain order accuracy and meet production schedules.
- Uphold quality control measures to ensure product excellence.
- Utilize FlexiBake ERP for inventory management and operational efficiency.
- Lead and support production staff to achieve performance goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
- New-hire and ongoing training.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience in a Production Manager role within food manufacturing.
- 3 years' experience using ERP systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
