Account Executive - Staffing - Remote or Hybrid

Looking to add Sales person who has experience to expand our footprint in CT and New England placing consultants and perm folks.

We place high end consultants in the Technology and Engineering field.

Consultants between 60/hr and 150/hr.

Base pay range - 115k to 140k BASE to 300k OTE - uncapped commissions.

Must have at least 5 years of SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE STAFFING INDUSTRY

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through calls, networking, referrals, and outreach
• Meet with hiring managers and executives to understand their workforce challenges
• Sell temporary staffing, direct hire, and workforce solutions
• Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently close new business
• Partner with our recruiting team to deliver qualified candidates quickly
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
• Grow and maintain long-term client partnerships
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
