Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Truckee, CA, for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support, manage expense reports, and coordinate daily schedules and communications. Responsibilities will also include handling administrative tasks, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring that executives have the support required for effective decision-making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experienced in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital productivity tools
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in an on-site environment
- Experience in a similar role or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
- High school degree required; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
