DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • Ability to be available during any business hours when needed
  • Knowledge of relevant contact center software, CRM, and Workforce Management products
  • A results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with efficient time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in business management preferred

Experience as a contact center supervisor or workforce manager is preferred but not required.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will work evening shifts.

Your primary responsibilities will include coaching, mentoring, and providing ongoing guidance to agents on your team. You will be responsible for ensuring agents meet their performance targets, providing real-time feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will work closely with the Contact Center Manager to assist in scheduling, optimizing workforce performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire your team will be crucial in achieving our goals of providing outstanding customer service.
