We are seeking an Environmental Stormwater Specialist (Construction) to join our team and ensure that our organization is in compliance with all applicable environmental regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and developing strategies to ensure that our operations are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental regulations and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on environmental compliance activities.
- Conduct environmental audits and inspections.
- Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures.
- Provide technical advice on environmental compliance issues.
- Conduct research to identify potential environmental risks and liabilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of environmental law and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D software
- Experience with water treatment and wastewater treatment processes
- Project management skills and experience in project scheduling
- Familiarity with environmental permitting and remediation practices
- Understanding of geotechnical engineering and water resources management
