What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regulatory Analyst I/II position at Cascade Natural Gas?
Compile data and complete analysis for all aspects of natural gas pipeline, utility, gas, and electric regulatory functions, in accordance with federal and state regulations. Prepare and present information with minimal direction for internal decision making and filings with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and State Regulatory Commissions (collectively, Commissions). Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others.
Responsible for preparing filings for submission with regulators by reviewing each document for completeness, formatting, and grammar. Works with analysts to obtain the proper documentation and relevant information for filings. Primary coordinator within regulatory affairs for all new orders and compliance materials. Oversees the tracking of dockets and the Regulatory Affairs' calendar, and keeps the department informed of schedules and filing deadlines.
The preferred work location for this position is Boise, ID but we are open to considering any location within the Washington, Idaho, or Oregon service territory.
