What You’ll Do:
- Lead design development and construction documentation
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers and in-house engineering teams
- Develop detailed technical drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and internal quality standards
- Mentor junior staff and interns
- Attend client meetings and support construction administration efforts (RFIs, submittals, site visits)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure)
- 4 years of experience producing and coordinating construction documents
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills
- Experience in retail, entertainment, industrial, or commercial sectors is a plus
