Position: Full Time Clinical Supervisor

Job Status: Temporary FT (37.5 hours)

Employment Dates: July 2026 to September 2026

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-5pm, virtual with 1 day per week in office

Pay Details: This is a grant funded position that ends September 30, 2026. The pay scale is ________ DOE.

Solano Center: 604 Empire Street, Fairfield, CA (2 positions)

West: 256 24th St. Richmond, CA 94804

Contra Costa and Solano County Family Justice Centers provide services and information under one roof for survivors and families affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, and human trafficking. Our mental health department provides 1:1 therapy, clinical case management and mental health groups intended to support healing and recovery for communities impacted by violence.

Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group supervision to 3-4 associate clinicians
  • Carry a small caseload of 8-10 therapy clients
  • Perform mental health screeners, assessments and evaluations to formulate diagnostic impressions and treatment plans
  • Submit clinical documentation in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling/Clinical Psychology/Social Work or related field
  • BBS Registration as an LMFT/LPCC/ASW, PsyD or Phd required
  • At least 2 years post licensure experience working with youth and adults
  • Completion of required 15 units of supervision CEs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to navigate Google Workspace, electronic health records and online telehealth platforms
  • Strong interest in working in trauma recovery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Tagalog/Spanish
  • Live in or are familiar with the communities that the FJC Centers serve

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in clinical practice, including Psychology and Clinical Supervision skills.
  • Experience using Applied Behavior Analysis or other evidence-based approaches, with the ability to guide staff in appropriate application.
  • Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including mentoring, performance feedback, and support for professional development.
  • Case Management experience, including coordination of services, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Relevant advanced degree (e.g., master’s in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field) and appropriate licensure or eligibility as required by state regulations.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, victim services, and community-based resources is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Commitment to equity, cultural humility, and non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of service delivery and supervision.
