Landscape Construction Crew Leader
Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Job Function:
Serve as the onsite leader for various landscape installation projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the crew: Assigning tasks, providing training, and mentoring crew members.
- Ensuring quality: Overseeing the work to ensure it meets standards and meets customer expectations.
- Managing resources: Making sure the crew has the tools and materials they need, and keeping track of materials and time
- Maintaining the job site: Keeping the job site clean and the equipment trailer organized.
- Operating equipment: Using standard landscaping construction equipment and operate company trucks/trailers safely.
- Communicating: Keeping management updated on the project and providing feedback on employee performance.
- Completing documentation: Complete any necessary documentation

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in commercial landscape industry
- 3 years of professional landscape installation experience
- 1-2 years supervisory experience and leadership skills
- Have a chauffeur's license or the ability to get one

Physical Requirements:
- The ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions.
- Must be able to work for uninterrupted extended periods of time.
- The ability to lift at least 50 lbs., bend, and squat for extended periods.
