Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 23-year-old male in Suffolk, VA.

Schedule
- Tuesday–Friday
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-Time Position Only
Patient Care Includes
- Total care assistance with activities of daily living
- G-tube care and feedings
- Seizure precautions and monitoring
- Medication administration
- Routine nursing assessments
- Positioning, skin integrity, and comfort measures
- Family education and support
- Documentation completed during each shift

Qualifications
- Current Virginia LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- G-tube experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Pediatric or home care experience is a plus, but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
