Continuum Pediatric Nursing is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)—a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage pediatric home care cases, support and lead field nurses, and stay connected to the families you serve.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Lead and support nurses in the field (you’re their go-to)
- Manage pediatric PDN cases from both a clinical and operational side
- Work closely with staffing on schedules, coverage, and case needs
- Be the point of contact for families, physicians, and referral sources
- Conduct in-home visits a minimum of every 30 days to ensure quality and compliance
- Interview, hire, and train new nurses

What You Need:
- RN license
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong clinical skills and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Pediatrics or home care experience (a plus, not a must)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
