Locations available: St. Charles County, South St. Louis County, and West St. Louis County
Shifts available: 3 hours up to 12 hours (based on client need)

The responsibilities of a Continuum home health aide:
- Client engagement and companionship
- Assisting with client personal care: dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, etc.
- Light Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Client transportation: running errands, medical appointments, outings
- Building professional relationships with clients, their families, and the Continuum management team
The requirements to become a Continuum home health aide:
- Have at least 3 years of caregiving experience
- Provide and maintain a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Pass a background screening
- The ability to move objects averaging 100lbs (with use of assistive devices)
- Possess effective oral and written communication skills
