We are seeking a reliable and organized Seasonal Temporary Office Assistant to support our Quality Improvement (QI) and Human Resources (HR) Departments with records management and administrative organization projects.
This position will primarily assist with organizing the confidential records room, including filing, scanning, organizing, and preparing records for secure shredding and storage. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking temporary administrative experience in a professional office environment. EOE.
Flexible hours, 16–20 hours per week, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, or 11:00 am– 3:00 pm
Reports to the Vice Presidents of Quality Improvement and Human Resources
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical records and files
- Scan and electronically file documents
- Prepare and box records for storage and shredding
- Assist with records retention and organization projects
- Maintain confidentiality of personnel and organizational records
- Perform general clerical and administrative support tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Basic computer skills, including scanning and document management
- Ability to lift and move file boxes as needed
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred but not required
