What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Office Support (PT 10 hrs a week) position at CONTINUUM OF CARE INC?
Position Summary: Provides administrative support to the Executive Team, CIBH, and other individuals as needed. Meets and greets clients, staff, and external providers in person and via phone in a professional and welcoming manner. Performs clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and sorting mail. Customer service: Address minor complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors. Maintains office organization for front entrance vestibule and kitchen areas. Schedules meetings/activities as indicated, monitors room reservations, and performs other duties as assigned. EOE.
Part time - 10 hours a week, Monday - Friday - 8:30am -10:30am
Job Requirements:
- Business school graduate preferred. High school diploma considered if combined with sound computer training and minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an office environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills required, including Microsoft Office and electronic record keeping.
