What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Nurse Educator position at Continuum Medical Staffing?
Seeking an experienced RN Clinical Staff Educator to provide education, training, and professional development for clinical staff. This role partners with department leaders and the Quality team to develop educational programs, support simulation training, and promote continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- Current Oregon RN license
- BSN required (or approved equivalent experience/certifications with commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years)
- ACLS, PALS, CNOR, and BLS/CPR certifications
- Minimum 5 years of hospital nursing experience; 3 years of OR experience
- MSN; Clinical educator experience preferred
