QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person)

Wages and Benefits
· Sick Leave and PTO (Paid Time Off)
· Pay $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
· Shift Differentials
Position Responsibilities
· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and according to QMAP regulations.
· Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
· Observe, monitor and report changes in residents’ physical, mental, or emotional conditions.
· Assist resident safety, comfort and well-being at all times.
· Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members.
· Follow all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
· Assist with resident care and support a positive team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
· Current Colorado QMAP certification.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered environment.
· Strong communication and organization skills.
· A heart for serving seniors and supporting their quality of life.
· Commitment to treating residents with compassion, dignity, and respect.
