QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person)

Wages and Benefits

· Pay $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Position Responsibilities
· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and according to QMAP regulations.
· Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
· Observe, monitor and report changes in residents’ physical, mental, or emotional conditions.
· Assist resident safety, comfort and well-being at all times.
· Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members.
· Follow all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
· Assist with resident care and support a positive team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
· Current Colorado QMAP certification.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered environment.
· Strong communication and organization skills.
· A heart for serving seniors and supporting their quality of life.
· Commitment to treating residents with compassion, dignity, and respect.
REQUIREMENTS
Vista Mesa Assisted Living is 57 bed facility owned by local business owners who share the vision to provide excellent care to those no longer able to remain in their own homes. Many of the staff at Vista Mesa have dedicated over ten years to caring for those who call Visa Mesa "home".
