Continuum Co. is seeking a relationship-focused Portfolio Account Manager – Property Services to manage and grow a portfolio of property management and real estate clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and staying closely connected to field operations.
As the primary point of contact for your accounts, you will drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and oversee ongoing service work. You’ll regularly collaborate with property managers, technicians, and internal teams to review active projects, identify upcoming needs, and ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
This position is well-suited for candidates with experience in trades, facilities, restoration, or maintenance services who are comfortable visiting job sites and have previously held sales, account management, or revenue-focused responsibilities.
Compensation: $80,000 annually commission
