Continuum Co. is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Portfolio Account Manager – Property Services to own and grow a portfolio of property management and real estate clients. This role blends revenue generation, account management, and field engagement with hands-on involvement in operations and technology adoption.
This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responsible for expanding revenue, strengthening relationships, reviewing active work, identifying upcoming projects, and ensuring strong execution in the field. The role works directly with property managers, technicians, and internal operations teams to drive both customer satisfaction and account growth.
The ideal candidate has experience in trades, facilities, restoration, or maintenance services, is comfortable on job sites, and has previously carried some form of sales, account, or revenue responsibility.
Salary : $80,000
