Responsibilities:
- Book warranty repair orders accurately and timely
- Scan claims of manufacturer warranty and follow up
- Service contract claim submission and follow up.
- Reconcile schedules needed (Sublet, Warranty, Extended Warranty and Work in Process)
- Run weekly and Monthly Reports for Department Manager as needed
- Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors regarding warranty issues
- Collaborate with parts and service departments to verify warranty parts and repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and documentation
Requirements:
- Some experienced with warranty and CDK experience.
- Knowledge of Toyota policies & procedures a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
- Proficiency Microsoft Office and Excel
- General accounting knowledge preferred
