What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Support residents with meal service and encourage hydration and nutrition
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Document care and communicate changes in residents’ needs
- Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with kindness and patience
What We’re Looking For
- A compassionate, friendly personality and a genuine love for seniors
- Reliability and a strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures
- Good communication skills and a professional, respectful attitude
- Previous caregiving or senior living experience is helpful, but we are happy to train the right person
