Position: Leasing Specialist for Sycamore at Tyvola - Charlotte, NC
Role Overview
As a Leasing Specialist for Sycamore at Tyvola, you will work at a fast pace to lease beautiful apartment-homes in a very competitive market. In addition, you will deliver after-sales service to meet the ongoing needs of existing residents. This community features 288 units.

Most Important Responsibilities
- Sales focused. Strong lead management to be able to convert leads to tours and tours to residents.
- Conflict resolution skills, ability to de-escalate issues and problem-solve.
- Create and conduct fun events for the residents on a regular basis.
- Deliver great customer service to your current residents.
- Follow up with prospects. Consistent follow-ups are one of the most valuable acts for anyone in a sales role.
- Product and market knowledge. Understand our product and be able to articulate its value in the market.
- Collaborate with your team. Understand the unique needs of prospects and residents to determine the best solution.
Most Important Qualifications
- Leasing experience is preferred.
- Customer service exp, conflict resolution to de-escalate situations.
- Marketing outreach, event planning, social media marketing exp is a plus!
- General office administrative exp, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation and drive.
- Outgoing personality, quick to connect with others.
- People skills. The ability to have conversations with prospects and residents to understand their real needs, so you can build rapport and trust.
- Ability to work 2 Saturdays per month minimum (still enjoy 40 hours per week).
- Vehicle, driver’s license
