Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility standards and state/federal regulations
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with CNAs and other nursing staff to ensure excellent resident care
- Document accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the State of Ohio
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
