Your Role:
As a Dayshift RN Weekend Warrior, you will:
Provide direct patient care and oversee nursing activities on weekends
Administer medications and treatments per care plans
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent resident care
Respond to resident needs and provide guidance to weekend staff
Qualifications:
Current RN license in Ohio
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Ability to work independently on weekends
