Location: Continental Manor – Blanchester, OH
Are you organized, dependable, and people-focused? Continental Manor is seeking an HR/Scheduler to join our team and play a key role in supporting our staff and keeping our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Manage the daily and weekly nursing schedule
Coordinate call-offs and find coverage as needed
Assist with new hire onboarding, background checks, and orientation
Maintain accurate employee records and timekeeping
Be a go-to support for staff questions and concerns
Partner with leadership to ensure staffing meets resident care needs
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or HR strongly preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible
Knowledge of PointClickCare, OnShift, or similar software is a plus
