What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at CONTINENTAL MANAGEMENT LLC?
We’re seeking a hands-on and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to keep our residential property in Clinton Twp, MI, clean, safe, and in top condition. You'll handle routine repairs, apartment turns, emergency maintenance, and ensure a high standard of living for our residents with the assistance of our management and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, including on-call support
- Maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances and structural
- Maintain curb appeal by keeping lawns, sidewalks, community areas, and parking lots clear of trash and debris.
- Order maintenance supplies and maintain proper inventory
- Use and maintain tools and equipment properly and safely
- Follow safety protocols and attend required training
- Snow Removal
- On call maintenance
- LIHTC, Section 8, and special maintenance skills

Qualifications:- 2 years of maintenance or related experience preferred
- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC (heat pumps and forced air), painting and cleaning
- Comfortable lifting up to 50-100 lbs. and working in various conditions (heights, tight spaces, weather)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); RealPage experience a plus
- Trade school or industry certifications a plus
