Title: Warehouse ManagerReports To: Typically reports to Branch ManagerClassification: Full-Time, Regular, ExemptNormal Hours: Commonly prior to 8 AM through after 5 PM, Monday-Friday with occasional weekendsGeneral Description (major areas of responsibility of this position):A person in this position is responsible to assist the manager in administration of the branch, train newemployees, assist in evaluation of employee performance, production of reports, perform daily dataentry, and function as proxy to the manager and all personnel in all branch duties. Familiar withexecuting all job duties. General focus is in branch warehouse logistics and inventory management.Experience with branch procedures and policies is significant. Excellence is demonstrated consistentlyand process improvements are contributed.Minimum Qualifications:Formal Training (courses, degrees, and credentials required):● AA Degree or equivalent; 3.0 GPA or better preferredExperience (type and amount of experience required):● Meeting the below KSAVs and● Minimum 5 years working as a Driver/Material Handler for the Company, or● Minimum 1 year working as a M.I.T. for the Company, or● Minimum 3 years working as an Assistant Retail Manager for the Company
