We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Equipment Crew Operator to support our Drilled Shaft Operations team. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment including:
- Skid steer
- Backhoe
- Water truck
- Mini excavator
- Assist with drilled shaft installation and related site preparation
- Follow direction from site supervision and work collaboratively with crew members
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company and OSHA regulations
- Perform duties in various weather conditions and during night shifts as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience: Demonstrated proficiency operating the listed equipment
- License: Valid CDL Class “A” with tanker endorsement (required)
- Certifications: OSHA/NCCO equivalent crane certification (preferred; earns additional hourly pay)
- Travel: Willingness to travel regularly for out-of-town assignments
- Work Conditions: Comfortable working outdoors year-round and during night shifts
- Teamwork: Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
