Job Description

Contentizer is looking for a professional and welcoming Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees at our Austin office. This role is essential for maintaining a positive and organized office environment while supporting our logistics and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and follow security protocols.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
