Position Description
We are a year round, outdoor Olympic-sized pool located in a suburban neighborhood in South Austin near Slaughter Lane and Mopac. Paid training provided. If you would like to work in a fun environment with pay starting at $17/hour and flexible scheduling, apply today! Positions fill up quickly.Currently we are only hiring for applicants who can work weekday mornings and afternoons. This is a part-time position for 4-12 hours per week. Available hours will increase over the Summer.
Weekday shift times are 5:30am-9:45am and 3:30pm-8pm.
The Front Desk/Customer Service representative is the first impression for our residents as they enter one of our facilities. To be considered for this position, an applicant must have the following qualities:
- Must be 18 or older
- Arrives on time for every scheduled shift
- Able to take both written and verbal instructions
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- High-School graduate
- 0-1 yrs Customer service experience (preferred)
- Experience in an office setting (preferred)
- Responds promptly to work-related communications
- Reacts quickly in emergency situations and follow instructions exactly
- Able to work outdoors and perform physical requirements of the position, including bending and pulling/lifting up to 50lbs, sitting for extended periods, using fingers for fine motor skills, listening for emergency communications.
Shifts vary and can include mornings and/or afternoons.
Scheduling is flexible and based off of YOUR availability.
Employees receive membership to all of our Aquatics Facilities.
